Please advise where i can buy one of these koupes machines. I am going to Cyprus before the end of the year and would like to buy one. Will be so glad if you can assist. Thank you from a sunny South Africa
Unfortunately I cannot help you because I have left Cyprus since 1980 and don’t know where they sell them now. It’s a machine which makes minced meat, fills sausages and has an attachment for koupes as well.

Thanks for the reply. I still didnt find one a koupes machines. If you know of anyone who can supply me with one or have any ideas where i can surge for one i shall appriciate it very much. Thanks for all your nice recipes! I try all of them out and the recipes never fail. Keep on posting plse we love them.

Yes, you are right. My opinion is go to a store where they sell sausage machines, or mixers with a sausage attachment and see if it has the part which inserted in the sausage machine, which is used to makes koupes. However, they might know it as kibbe, kibbeh, kubbah or kubbat. I will insert an image in the post, showing this part.
